Birds Celebrating the New Year

A Few Challenges this Week, but Great Parties this Weekend

December 27th through January 2nd

The first half of this week could be a bit challenging. Mars and Uranus will come to a quincunx (an inconjunction). Mercury will join the Venus-Pluto conjunction. And the Sun will square off with Chiron, the wounded comet. This could lead to rash, forceful, and hurtful behavior. However, Mars will be winking at Saturn throughout this first half of the week, and this should help to keep the work we planed going smoothly.

By Thursday afternoon, our moods should lighten. New Years’ parties could end up being more fun than we anticipated. And the Capricorn New Moon on Sunday will encourage us to focus on our New Year resolutions.

Wishing everyone a very happy New Year!

People will be cooperative and diplomatic today. And our work should flow easily. Make the most of it.

Impulsive actions are probable throughout the day. And stupidity is very likely early this morning. So drive with caution on the morning commute. There will be an opportunity period for socializing and networking from mid-morning through the late afternoon (early morning through mid-afternoon west coast).

Work should go smoothly today especially artistic projects. But it will be important to keep the feelings of others in mind. Some may be extra sensitive. Do not try to force anyone. Be subtle.

Forceful and controlling behavior is possible early today. But by mid-day (mid-morning west coast) our moods may begin to change. Our optimism should increase later today. But we may have a tendency to exaggerate. Impractical ideas are also possible.

The Sagittarius Moon will make our minds sparkle today. And the Sun and Uranus will keep our New Year’s celebrations lively. It’s going to be a great night to celebrate.

It’s going to be another great day for parties and fun. However, the Moon will enter Capricorn this evening (this afternoon west coast) encouraging us to take a more serious look at our goals. It will be a great day to make those New Year’s resolutions. Happy New Year!

Mercury entered Aquarius last night. And he will encourage us to look at life from a different perspective. Also, we will hit the Capricorn New Moon early this afternoon (mid-morning west coast). It will be a great time to start new projects before our next Mercury retrograde begins.
